Established in 1986, C.A. Stoddard & Associates A.I.A. is located in Montrose, California. The firm’s principle, Craig Stoddard, founded the company with the goal of designing beautiful and timeless homes that achieve a pure response to each client’s vision and lifestyle. Graduating from the Southern California Institute of Architecture in 1979, he received the Certificate of Merit for Excellence in the study of Architecture. In 1986 Craig Stoddard obtained his license as an Architect from the State of California and became a member of the American Institute of Architects. C.A. Stoddard and Associates define us as a full service Architectural firm specializing in finely detailed custom residential and commercial projects. The firm concentrates on designing homes in traditional, classical and modern styles. C.A. Stoddard & Associates can provide construction management on a selective basis.

The size and scope of our work ranges from medium size remodels to large scale multi-million dollar custom homes. Completed projects include; Spanish Revival, Mediterranean, Tuscan, Craftsman, New England, Country French, Colonial and Spanish Colonial homes, located throughout Los Angeles and Southern California, from San Diego to Santa Barbara and as far away as Colorado. Our projects have been featured in American Bungalow, Unique Homes, Arroyo-Monthly and other notable publications.
